Restore the treasury's original function of lowering the cost of government. ELIMINATE: Shut down inefficient programs and opaque financing structures. Full transparency is a requirement, not a preference. RETURN: Restore taxpayer control, transparency, and intergenerational fairness. The treasury exists to serve life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness — not to mortgage it away.
